As we move down the road toward levee recertification, we know that that there are going to be a lot of questions from residents and business owners. We also know that we will not be able to reach everyone. In an effort to cast the information net as wide as possible, it is our plan to pursue partnerships with local community organizations, whose staff and members may be able to share our mission by helping to educate their constituencies on these very important topics addressing emergency preparedness and, especially, flooding. Check back for future information targeted toward community organizations in this space.
